Main Track Instructions
Papers accepted to the ACII Main Track will have oral presentations during the conference. Oral presentations will be grouped into thematic sessions with around five presentations per session. Each oral presentation will be allotted 17 minutes in total. Please plan to spend 12 minutes presenting your slideshow and 5 minutes answering audience questions. Note that presentations will be cut off at 17 minutes regardless of whether it has been completed.
LBR Track Instructions
Papers accepted to the ACII Late Breaking Results (LBR) Track will have flash talks as well as poster presentations during the conference. Flash talks will occur during a single session on Monday. Each flash talk will be allotted 4 minutes to allow time for transitioning speakers. Although there is no time allotted for Q&A after the flash talks, there will be ample time for Q&A during the poster session on Tuesday. Each poster presentation will be allotted an easel and pins or tape to affix it; posters should be a maximum of 2 ft wide and 3 ft tall (e.g., A1 size).
