Important Notes to All Delegates
- At least one author must register by the camera-ready deadline Aug 1st in order for accepted papers to be published in the proceedings and scheduled for presentation during the conference or workshops. Papers without registered author(s) will be withdrawn from the proceedings and the technical program.
- Only 1 paper can be covered by a registration. Meaning that for each paper we must have at least one registration. Don’t forget to indicate the paper number of the paper you want to cover with your registration in the designated field when buying your ticket at the Eventbrite ticket site. Exceptions to this rule will only be made on a case-by-case, well-motived, basis by the main conference chairs.
- “Member” refers to membership of the Association for the Advancement of Affective Computing (AAAC). If you are not a member at time of registration, you will have to register as a non-member for the conference. The price is higher, but you become an AAAC member automatically for two years.
- For a member registration, your AAAC membership should be active at the time of registration. If this is not the case and you select a member registration, you will be charged the membership fee for AAAC and will become a member when checking in at the conference registration desk.
- If you select the student rate, you need to provide a proof of your student status at the registration desk (e.g., student ID issued by your institutions, a letter from your adviser, etc.).
