Request Visa Support Letters
ACII is able to provide visa support letters to attendees as well as authors with accepted papers, posters, or members of the conference committee.
Please note that Letter of Invitation will only be sent to participants who have registered and paid for the Conference. Should participants withdraw from the conference after the issue of Letter of Invitation, the consulate will be notified of
the withdrawal accordingly.
To request a visa support letter, please complete and submit a request form using this link. Those requesting a letter should allow 7-10 business days to receive it. All requests are handled in the order they are received.
For all other visa letter related inquiries please contact our visa chair, Joy Egede. The subject line should include “ATTN: ACII Visa Letter Inquiry”. Please also include your registration confirmation number and paper title in the inquiry for ease of reference.
