For participants residing in Mexico who require an official tax invoice (CFDI), please send your Constancia de Situación Fiscal (Mexican Tax Status Certificate) to the following email address: (email). This document is required to issue your invoice with the correct tax information.

For Authors

A full registration is required for each paper (member, non-member, or student) to be included in the ACII proceedings, both main and companion. 

If the same person is presenting several papers, half-priced registrations are available after the second paper, but one registration is required for each paper included in the proceedings, regardless of the number of presenters.

The registration should be in the name of one of the paper co-authors.

Failure to register before the required deadlines will prevent us from including a paper in the proceedings.

Registration Form

Registration is a two-step process. Please fill out the form below, and we will send you a link from the Mexican OpenPay system to pay your registration fees. We aim to have this form with you within 24 hours after submitting the form. The payment link will remain valid for seven days once it has been received.
