Camera-Ready Instructions (Main Conference)
Regular and Special Session Papers
The following information is provided to help you prepare and submit your final paper, as it will be published in the proceedings of ACII2026.
Requirements
- All papers MUST be formatted according to the Camera-Ready Templates of Microsoft Word or LaTeX tailored for ACII2026.
- Submissions must be in PDF format and are limited to a 10MB file size.
- The main body of the paper, through the conclusion, can be up to 7 pages. The Ethical Impact Statement can take up to one page (additional to the 7-page limit of the main content). All papers MUST include an Ethical Impact Statement. The references do not have a page limit.
- All accepted papers must be presented at the conference by one of the authors. Please refer to the Registration page for detailed information on author registration requirements. Failure to register before the deadline will result in the automatic withdrawal of your paper from the conference proceedings.
Preparation of the Paper
Please follow the guidelines hereafter to prepare your camera-ready paper.
1. Camera-Ready Templates
The following style files and templates are available for users of LaTeX and Microsoft Word:
Please follow the following naming convention for your paper file: ACII2026_CR_PaperID.pdf where PaperID is to be replaced with the ID number of your paper. For example, ACII2026_CR_24.pdf for the paper with ID number 24 in the EasyChair submission system.
2. Check and Add the Copyright Clearance Code Notice
Please select the copyright information that applies to you and add it to the bottom of the first page of your source document.
- For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is:
U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright - For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is:

3. IEEE Xplore Compliance Using PDF eXpress
Before submitting to the ACII2026 website, all camera-ready submissions MUST be checked for IEEE eXplore compliance by using the PDF eXpress service.
First-time users should do the following:
- Select the “Create account” link.
- Enter the following:
- Conference ID: 71584X
- Your email address
- A password
- Continue to enter information as prompted.
An online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
You can also use PDF eXpress to convert your source file(s) to IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF. ACII 2026 will NOT accept camera-ready papers that are not IEEE Xplore-compatible.
Note: The submission of your paper to PDF eXpress for IEEE eXplore compliance check does NOT mean that you have submitted your camera-ready paper to the conference. After you receive the PDF file from PDF eXpress, you need to submit it through the EasyChair system of the conference.
4. Paper and Copyright Submission
Electronic Paper Submission
- Only PDFs that are verified or generated by IEEE PDF eXpress can be accepted as camera-ready manuscripts.
- Authors can upload the camera-ready paper on EasyChair by visiting:
“My Submissions” tab for ACII 2026 → Select your relevant main track submission → “Update file” at the top right. - Authors can also update their paper information on EasyChair by visiting:
“My Submissions” tab for ACII 2026 → Select the main track submission → “update information” at the top right. - All papers will need to specify in EasyChair whether the first author is a (PhD) student. This can be done via the ‘Update information’ step above. The first author’s details will be used by the organizing committee in selecting papers for the Best Student Paper Award.
eCopyright Form (eCF) Submission
- Please submit your camera-ready paper first.
- After submission, corresponding authors will receive emails from IEEE with links to access their individual eCFs.
- Submit your eCF as soon as you receive the email from IEEE.

The following information is provided to help you prepare and submit your final paper, as it will be published in the proceedings of ACIIW2026.
Requirements
- All papers MUST be formatted according to the Camera-Ready Templates of Microsoft Word or LaTeX tailored for ACIIW2026.
- Submissions must be in PDF format and are limited to a 10MB file size.
- All papers MUST include an Ethical Impact Statement.
- The main body of the paper, through the conclusion, can be up to 7 pages. The Ethical Impact Statement can take up to one page (additional to the 7-page limit of the main content). The references do not have a page limit. Doctoral Consortium papers are limited to 5 pages (4 pages + 1 page for references). Demo papers are limited to 3 pages (2 pages + 1 additional page for references). Late Breaking Results (LBR) papers can be up to 4 pages (including the required Ethical Statement and references), the fourth page can contain research content in addition to the ethical statement and references.

Before submitting to the ACIIW2025 website, all camera-ready submissions MUST be checked for IEEE eXplore compliance by using the PDF eXpress service.
