Oral Presentations

Presentations start every 20 minutes in each oral presentation slot, this aligns the presentations from the ACII and IVA conferences. Each oral presentation is allocated 12 minutes for the presentation with 5 minutes for questions and answers immediately after the presentation.

Poster Instructions

1.  Poster size: The boards fit approximately A0 portrait size, specifically 90 cm wide by 120 cm high. Due to the nature of the poster boards posters must be oriented in the vertical direction.

2.  Mounting instructions: Posters must be put up using plastic tape only. We must avoid any pins, tacks, or other materials that puncture, tear, or stain the boards. We are renting the boards from the Convention Center management they have strictly insisted that they must not be damaged.

3.  Printing options: There are two printing shops relatively close to the Puebla Convention Center where authors might be able to print their posters. We recommend planning ahead to avoid any delays during the conference. Here are the Google Maps locations:
