Welcome to Mexico City. After collecting your luggage and passing through immigration and customs, follow the signs for "Ground Transportation", "Autobuses", or "Bus Station" to reach the airport bus terminal. 

At the terminal, you will find several bus companies offering service to Puebla, including Estrella Roja and ADO. If needed, ask airport staff for "buses to Puebla". At the ticket counter, request "One ticket to Puebla, Paseo Destino, please". This station (Paseo Destino) is located at Avenida Las Torres 1923, Reserva Territorial Atlixcáyotl (https://tinyurl.com/56s85h7v). 

You will receive your departure time and boarding gate with your ticket. Buses operate most of the day with departures every 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the schedule. Check your ticket for the correct departure time and gate. When boarding begins, proceed to your assigned gate and board the correct bus. Staff can assist you if needed. Before boarding, your luggage may be stored under the bus by the staff. 

The trip from Mexico City airport to Puebla takes approximately 2 and a half to 3 hours, depending on traffic. 

Once you arrive at the Paseo Destino bus station in Puebla, please collect your luggage and exit the terminal. To reach your hotel, we recommend using Uber. Simply enter your destination in the app and wait at the designated pickup area. Authorized taxis are also available outside the station. Travel time from PO Dino to downtown Puebla hotels is typically 20 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
