Presentation Instructions<\/h1>\n

Main Track<\/h2>\n

Papers accepted to the ACII 2025 Main Track will have oral presentations during the conference (Days 1-3, single track). Oral presentations will be grouped into thematic sessions with around five presentations per session.<\/p>\n

Each oral presentation will be allotted 15 minutes in total. In other words, these are highlight presentations<\/b> (12min presentation + 3min for Q&A). Please note that presentations will be cut off at 15min regardless of whether the presentation has finished.<\/p>\n

We strongly encourage authors to also prepare a poster<\/b> to allow for in-depth discussions<\/b> during the breaks. The posters will be on display all day on the day of presentation in the plenary area.<\/p>\n

Poster Printing in Canberra Offer – Deadline Friday, 3 Oct, 0800 AEST (UTC+10)<\/span><\/h2>\n

To make it easier for authors, we offer to have the posters printed in Canberra and delivered to the venue at no extra cost. If you wish to take up the offer, please upload your poster in PDF format<\/b> to EasyChair<\/a> in the same track where you uploaded your final CR paper. Please use the file name convention ‘Poster_paper_ID’ and replace ‘ID’ with your paper number.<\/p>\n

The maximum poster size is A0 in portrait mode <\/b>(width 841 mm x height 1189 mm). Design your poster in A0, do not design it in a smaller size and then scale it up as that will not result in a quality poster.<\/p>\n

If you prefer to bring your own poster along, you are welcome to do so.<\/p>\n

Demo Session<\/h2>\n

You will be provided with a table to place your demo apparatus, with access to power supply, extension cords and internet access at the venue. Demo presenters are primarily responsible for bringing computational and other specialised devices that may be required for effective demonstration- the organizers may be able to provide basic accessories such as monitors subject to availability. You can also avail a poster board, on which a poster of up to A0 size (84 cm width x 119 cm height) \u2013 portrait orientation, can be installed to describe technical details.<\/p>\n

You will be provided adequate time to prepare for the demo (during the coffee break before the demo session) and will be expected to carry your equipment with you following your demonstration.<\/p>\n

Late Breaking Results Flash Talks & Poster<\/span><\/h2>\n

Thank you for contributing your Late Breaking Results to the conference. Please read the following instructions carefully:<\/p>\n

Flash Talk Session<\/strong><\/span>
Talk length:<\/strong> 5 minutes per presentation<\/strong> (strictly enforced).
Format:<\/strong> Please prepare a concise presentation highlighting the key contributions, findings, or implications of your work.
Q&A:<\/strong> There will not be dedicated time for Q&A after each talk; instead, discussion will continue during the poster session.<\/p>\n

Poster Session<\/strong><\/span>
To enable deeper discussion with conference participants, all LBR presenters are also invited to present their work as a poster.
Recommended poster size:<\/strong> A0 portrait<\/strong> (width 841 mm \u00d7 height 1189 mm).
Content tips:<\/strong> Your poster should complement your flash talk: consider highlighting methods, detailed results, or open questions to spark conversation.
Setup & display:<\/strong> The poster session will be held right after your Flash Talk session (Day 2, 18:00-19:00). We suggest that the posters be mounted before the LBR Flash Talk session begins (Day 2, 5:30pm) and remain on display for the duration of the poster session. Materials for mounting will be provided.<\/p>\n

Format:<\/span><\/b> Please prepare 1 title slide (required) and up to 2 additional slides (maximum three slides total). Please highlight the research vision, methodology, key findings, and future directions of your work.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q&A:<\/span><\/b> There will be no dedicated time for Q&A after each talk.<\/span><\/p>\n

Main Doctoral Consortium Event on Day 4 (Sat, 11 Oct, 9:00\u201314:00)<\/span><\/b><\/h4>\n

This is the main DC session and the only required component of your participation.<\/span><\/p>\n
