The Ethical Impact Statement can take up to&nbsp;<strong>one page<\/strong>&nbsp;(additional to the 7-page limit of the main content). The references do not have a page limit. Doctoral Consortium papers are limited to 5 pages (4 pages + 1 page for references). Demo papers are limited to 3 pages (2 pages + 1 additional page for references). Late Breaking Results (LBR) papers can be up to 4 pages (including the required Ethical Statement and references), the fourth page can contain research content in addition to the ethical statement and references.<\/li>\n<li>All accepted papers must be presented at the conference by one of the authors. Verify that your contact information is valid.<\/p>\n<p>You can also use PDF eXpress to convert your source file(s) to IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF.&nbsp;<strong>ACIIW 2025 will NOT accept camera-ready papers that are not IEEE Xplore-compatible.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>&nbsp;The submission of your paper to PDF eXpress for IEEE eXplore compliance check does&nbsp;<strong>NOT<\/strong>&nbsp;mean that you have submitted your camera-ready paper to the conference.
