Deadline camera-ready paper has been extended to 22 August 2022 (GMT-12 timezone) to be submitted via EasyChair.
I. Requirements
- All papers MUST be formatted according to the Camera-Ready Templates of Microsoft Word or LaTeX tailored for ACII2022. Submissions must be in pdf format, are limited to a 10MB file size.
- Workshop papers should follow the requirements of corresponding workshops, but MUST be no longer than 8 pages (7 pages + 1 page for references).
- Doctoral Consortium papers MUST be no longer than 5 pages (4 pages + 1 page for references).
- Demo papers MUST be no longer than 3 pages (2 pages + 1 page for references).
- Papers that use different formatting from the ACII 2022 Latex or Word templates, have more pages than allowed, will be removed from the proceedings.
- All accepted papers must be presented at the conference by one of the authors. One of the authors must register for the conference (under any registration category) and must register before the deadline given for author registration. Failure to register before the deadline will result in automatic withdrawal of your paper from the conference proceedings.

- Change the Copyright Clearance Code Notice in the footer to your employment type via “View -> Header and Footer” (Times New Roman, 8pt)

- IEEE Xplore Compliance using PDF eXpress
Before submitting to the ACII2022 website, all camera-ready submissions MUST be checked for IEEE eXplore compliance by using the PDF eXpress service at https://ieee-pdf-express.org.First-time usersshould do the following:- Select the “Create account” link https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/signup
- Enter the following:
- 57231X for the Conference ID
- Your email address
- A password
- Continue to enter information as prompted.
An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid. You can also use PDF eXpress to convert your source file(s) to IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF. ACII 2022 will NOT accept camera-ready papers that are not IEEE Xplore-compatible.
Please be aware that the submission of your paper to PDF eXpress for IEEE eXplore compliance check does NOT mean that you have submitted your camera-ready paper to the conference. After you receive the pdf file from PDF eXpress, you need submit it through the Easychair system of the conference.
- Filename
The filename should be in the form of “ACII2022_id.pdf”. The “id” is the ID number that was assigned to your paper by the EasyChair system when you submitted it
III. Paper and Copyright Submission
- Electronic Paper Submission
- Only PDFs that are verified or generated by IEEE PDF eXpress can be accepted as camera-ready manuscripts and updated.
- Authors can upload the camera-ready paper on EasyChair by visiting “My Submissions for ACII 2022” (in “author” role for ACII 2022) => “view” => “add or update files”.
- Authors can also update their paper information on EasyChair by visiting “My Submissions for ACII 2022” (in “author” role for ACII 2022) => “view” => “update information” or “update authors”.
- eCopyright Form (eCF) Submission
Please submit your camera-ready paper first. After the submission of the camera-ready papers, corresponding authors will receive emails from IEEE with links and credentials to access their individual eCFs and submit them. Please submit your eCF as soon as you receive the email from IEEE.
